Silicone Render Cost:

• Approx £55 – £85 per m2 (including labour and materials).

Monocouche Render Cost:

• Approx £50 – £70 per m2 (including labour and materials).

Here is the typical process of applying silicone render on to a residential house:

1. Erect scaffolding (if required).
2. Removing and disposing of any existing render.
3. Fitting beading and trims to the property to give a clean edge.
4. Base coat(s) and mesh application. Wait to dry.
5. Apply the top coat of silicone render.
6. Textured finish with various grain sizes of your choice.
7. Allow curing (drying times) of up to 10 days – weather dependant!
8. Clean, tidy and dispose of any leftover waste.
