- Erect scaffolding (if required).
- Removing and disposing of any existing render.
- Fitting beading and trims to the property to give a clean edge.
- Base coat(s) and mesh application. Wait to dry.
- Apply the top coat of silicone render.
- Textured finish with various grain sizes of your choice.
- Allow curing (drying times) of up to 10 days – weather dependant!
- Clean, tidy and dispose of any leftover waste.
