Adhering strictly to PAS2035 regulations, the EWI work involved roofline extensions, pipe extensions, removal of door canopies, and the installation of the complete EWI system, along with new guttering and fascia boards. The specified system for these properties was 100mm Rockwool, finished with EWI Pro Silicone Coloured render.

Additional energy efficiency upgrades included solar panels, cavity wall insulation, and low-energy lighting.

ProGuard worked closely with Nxt Gen to deliver the project efficiently and to a high standard. The success of the project and the partnerships involved resulted in Blackwell Road – SHDF being awarded ‘Best Small Scale Project’ in The Energy Efficiency Awards 2024 for Greater London.

“ProGuard Exteriors was selected for the EWI component of the project due to their PAS2030 and TrustMark accreditations, along with their reputation for exceptional site management.”
